I could not recommend working with Jess enough. She is warm, honest and insightful and really takes the time to understand you as a person, as well as an athlete. RESET Group Intervention (8 weeks) - I believe the boys are more in touch with their emotions and can understand what the ups and downs of the academy journey are about. It's normal to feel what they feel. Jess was very respectful and polite. Really engaged and understood the boys, allowed them to talk and discuss. Created an open environment with a tough group where they could share and be open.

Since working with Jess, my performance, well-being, and motivation have improved significantly. She helped me separate my time away from golf, which has positively impacted both my game and overall happiness. Unlike other sports psychologists, Jess took a holistic approach that made a real difference. I now enjoy golf more and don’t let bad performances affect me off the course. I highly recommend working with her!

Jess has been a fantastic support to my daughter who plays competitive junior tennis. She has helped her build resilience in challenging situations and given her tools to draw upon when she feels under pressure in a match play scenario. Jess has really helped Emily ( my daughter) with her confidence on the tennis court.

Jess taught me some skills which took me through an incredibly challenging period of my life and skills I am now able to use now that time has passed. Jess is very good at recognising how to structure support sessions for individuals and showed flexibility when working with my tricky schedule.
