Using a combination of Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) and proven sport psychology techniques, we’ll equip you with the mental skills needed to stay focused, adaptable, and in control—even in the most demanding situations.

Founder of Train Your Brain

I founded Train Your Brain to bring my unique approach to individuals looking to enhance both their well-being and their performance. My journey began in 2016 when I started working in mental health services across forensic, adult, and young people teams. I learned how unhelpful psychological patterns develop and how they can be transformed.

But I quickly realised that these same therapeutic tools could be applied to more than mental health recovery—they could be used to enhance performance. In 2022, I founded Train Your Brain to merge my mental health expertise with the science of performance psychology.

Since then, I’ve worked with clients across various high-performance environments, from professional athletes competing internationally to professionals at the top of their fields. Whether it’s a football academy player striving for a spot on a pro team or a corporate leader needing to stay calm under pressure, my approach provides the tools to help you unlock mental clarity, resilience, and lasting confidence.

Just as athletes condition their muscles, I’ll help you condition your mind to stay sharp, composed, and in control. Whether you’re aiming to improve focus, build confidence, or recover from setbacks, I’ll guide you in turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.
